স্টলের প্রাপ্যতা অনুযায়ী ‘আগে এলে আগে পাবেন’ ভিত্তিতে বরাদ্দ দেওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। বিভিন্ন অবস্থান ও ক্যাটাগরিতে প্রতিটি সাধারণ স্টলের মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ৬০ হাজার থেকে ১ লাখ টাকা। বুকিংয়ের সময় মোট মূল্যের অর্ধেক অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

ওয়ার্ল্ড’স পোল্ট্রি সায়েন্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন–বাংলাদেশ শাখা (WPSA-BB) এবং বাংলাদেশ পোল্ট্রি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ সেন্ট্রাল কাউন্সিল (BPICC) যৌথভাবে এ আয়োজন করছে। আগামী ১৮–২০ মার্চ ২০২৭ রাজধানীর ইন্টারন্যাশনাল কনভেনশন সিটি বসুন্ধরায় (ICCB) অনুষ্ঠিত হবে তিন দিনের প্রদর্শনী। এর আগে ১৬–১৭ মার্চ ঢাকার লা মেরিডিয়েন হোটেলে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে আন্তর্জাতিক টেকনিক্যাল সেমিনার। আন্তর্জাতিক WPSA-এর প্রকাশিত অনুষ্ঠানসূচিতেও পৃথক এই দুই আয়োজনের তারিখ ও স্থান উল্লেখ রয়েছে। WPSA

এবারের প্রতিপাদ্য “Safe Poultry for Global Markets”, অর্থাৎ “বৈশ্বিক বাজারের জন্য নিরাপদ পোল্ট্রি”। উৎপাদন থেকে প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণ এবং বাজারে পৌঁছানো পর্যন্ত নিরাপত্তা ও মান নিশ্চিত করার বিষয়টি এ প্রতিপাদ্যের কেন্দ্রে রয়েছে।

কোন স্টলের কত মূল্য

প্রকাশিত বুকিং তথ্য অনুযায়ী, প্রতিটি সাধারণ স্টলের আয়তন ৩ মিটার × ৩ মিটার, অর্থাৎ ৯ বর্গমিটার। ICCB-এর হল ২, ৩ ও ৪, মেজানাইন ফ্লোর এবং পৃথক এক্সপো জোনে বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরির স্টল রাখা হয়েছে।

এক্সপো জোনের ক্যাটাগরি–সি-তে চীনা প্রদর্শকদের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট কোটা রাখা হয়েছে। স্থানীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক প্রদর্শকদের জন্য ঘোষিত স্টলের মূল্য একই।

বুকিংয়ে কত টাকা লাগবে

মোট মূল্যের ৫০ শতাংশ অগ্রিম দেওয়ার হিসাবে ৬০ হাজার টাকার স্টলের জন্য বুকিংয়ে লাগবে ৩০ হাজার টাকা। একইভাবে ৭০ হাজার টাকার স্টলে ৩৫ হাজার, ৮০ হাজার টাকার স্টলে ৪০ হাজার, ৯০ হাজার টাকার স্টলে ৪৫ হাজার এবং ১ লাখ টাকার স্টলে ৫০ হাজার টাকা অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।

আজ বুকিং সম্পন্ন করতে না পারলেও স্টল খালি থাকা সাপেক্ষে ৩০ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত বুকিংয়ের সুযোগ থাকবে। বুকিং করা স্টলের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্যও ওই তারিখের মধ্যে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। পরবর্তী বুকিংয়ের জন্য WPSA-BB কার্যালয় অথবা ই-মেইলে যোগাযোগের সুযোগ রাখা হয়েছে।

সেমিনারে ১৬টি বিষয়ভিত্তিক ক্ষেত্র

এসব বিষয় বাংলাদেশের পোল্ট্রি খাতের জন্য প্রাসঙ্গিক। কারণ, আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে প্রতিযোগিতার প্রস্তুতির সঙ্গে উৎপাদনশীলতা বাড়ানো, রোগের ঝুঁকি কমানো, পণ্যের মান বজায় রাখা এবং উৎপাদনের তথ্য সংরক্ষণের সম্পর্ক রয়েছে। সেমিনারের গবেষণালব্ধ জ্ঞান ও প্রদর্শনীর প্রযুক্তি বাস্তব খামারে প্রয়োগ করা গেলে আয়োজনটির উপকারিতা আরও বিস্তৃত হতে পারে।

প্রদর্শনীতে পোল্ট্রি প্রতিষ্ঠান, ফিড প্রস্তুতকারক, ভেটেরিনারি ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল কোম্পানি, যন্ত্রপাতি ও প্রযুক্তি সরবরাহকারীসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের অংশগ্রহণের প্রত্যাশা করা হচ্ছে। গবেষক, পেশাজীবী ও উদ্যোক্তাদের মধ্যে সরাসরি যোগাযোগের সুযোগও তৈরি হবে।

ক্ষুদ্র ও মাঝারি খামারির দৃষ্টিতে এ ধরনের প্রদর্শনীর গুরুত্ব হলো বিভিন্ন প্রযুক্তি, সেবা ও ব্যবস্থাপনা পদ্ধতি তুলনা করার সুযোগ। তবে কোনো প্রযুক্তি গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে শুধু যন্ত্রের দাম বিবেচনা করলেই হবে না; খামারের আকার, বিদ্যুৎ ও পরিচালন ব্যয়, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা এবং সম্ভাব্য আর্থিক সুফলও মূল্যায়ন করা প্রয়োজন। সাশ্রয়ী ও ব্যবহারযোগ্য সমাধান খামারপর্যায়ে পৌঁছালে আধুনিকায়নের সুফল আরও বেশি উদ্যোক্তার কাছে পৌঁছাতে পারে।

স্টল ব্যবহারে মানতে হবে নির্দেশনা

প্রদর্শনীর শৃঙ্খলা ও ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করতে স্টল ব্যবহারের কয়েকটি শর্ত রাখা হয়েছে। পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া বরাদ্দ করা স্টল ভাগাভাগি, হস্তান্তর বা লিজ দেওয়া যাবে না। প্রদর্শনী হলে জীবন্ত প্রাণী প্রদর্শন ও রান্না করা নিষিদ্ধ। অনুমোদন ছাড়া কোনো ধরনের কাঠামো নির্মাণও করা যাবে না।

ফলে অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোকে পণ্য প্রদর্শন, যন্ত্রপাতি স্থাপন এবং স্টলের নকশা চূড়ান্ত করার সময় আয়োজকদের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

Stall Booking Opens Today for the 14th International Poultry Show

Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; prices range from Tk 60,000 to Tk 100,000, with a 50% advance payment required

Dhaka, Sunday, November 8, 2026: Stall booking for general exhibitors at the 14th International Poultry Show & Seminar 2027 opens today. The event, scheduled for next March in Dhaka, will focus on safe poultry production for global markets, modern technologies, and stronger business connections between local and international stakeholders.

Under the announced schedule, token distribution begins at 8:00 a.m., while booking and stall allocation will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Prices range from Tk 60,000 to Tk 100,000, depending on location and category. Exhibitors must pay 50% of the total stall price in advance at the time of booking.

The event is being jointly organised by the World’s Poultry Science Association–Bangladesh Branch (WPSA-BB) and the Bangladesh Poultry Industries Central Council (BPICC).

The three-day exhibition will take place on March 18–20, 2027, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka. It will be preceded by the International Technical Seminar on March 16–17 at Le Méridien Dhaka. The international WPSA event calendar also confirms the dates and venues of the two programmes.

This year’s theme is “Safe Poultry for Global Markets”, highlighting the importance of safety and quality throughout the poultry value chain—from production and processing to market delivery.

Stall Categories and Prices

According to the published booking information, each standard stall will measure 3 metres × 3 metres, providing 9 square metres of exhibition space. Stalls will be available in ICCB Halls 2, 3 and 4, on the mezzanine floors, and in a separate Expo Zone.

A designated quota has been reserved for Chinese exhibitors under Category C in the Expo Zone. The announced stall prices are the same for local and international exhibitors.

Advance Payment and Booking Deadline

With a 50% advance payment required, exhibitors booking a Tk 60,000 stall will initially pay Tk 30,000. The corresponding advance payments are Tk 35,000 for a Tk 70,000 stall, Tk 40,000 for a Tk 80,000 stall, Tk 45,000 for a Tk 90,000 stall, and Tk 50,000 for a Tk 100,000 stall.

Exhibitors unable to complete their booking today may still book stalls until December 30, 2026, subject to availability. Full payment must also be completed by that date. Subsequent booking enquiries can be made through the WPSA-BB office or by email.

Seminar to Cover 16 Thematic Areas

A significant feature of the event is its scope for connecting scientific research with industry needs and practical farm management.

The official seminar website lists 16 thematic areas, including poultry entrepreneurship and investment, feed and nutrition, breeding and genetics, diagnostics and vaccines, biosecurity, and emerging and re-emerging diseases.

Other subjects include antimicrobial resistance, responsible antimicrobial use, food safety, processing, quality assurance, traceability, automation and smart farming. Climate-smart production, waste management, the circular economy, animal welfare, export readiness and access to international markets are also included.

These subjects are relevant to Bangladesh’s poultry sector. Preparing for international markets requires greater productivity, effective disease prevention, consistent product quality and reliable production records. The event could deliver wider benefits if the research findings and technologies presented are translated into practical improvements on farms.

Relevance for Small and Medium-Scale Farmers

The exhibition is expected to attract poultry businesses, feed manufacturers, veterinary pharmaceutical companies, machinery suppliers and technology providers. It will also create opportunities for direct interaction among researchers, professionals and entrepreneurs.

For small and medium-scale farmers, such exhibitions provide an opportunity to compare technologies, services and management systems. However, investment decisions should consider more than the purchase price of equipment.

Farm size, electricity consumption, operating costs, maintenance requirements, after-sales service and potential financial returns should all be assessed. Making affordable and practical solutions available at farm level could help extend the benefits of modernisation to a broader range of producers.

Rules for Stall Use

Exhibitors must follow several conditions intended to ensure an orderly exhibition.

Stalls may not be shared, transferred or leased without prior permission. Displaying live animals and cooking inside the exhibition halls are prohibited. Construction of any structure without approval is also prohibited.

Participating companies should therefore follow the organisers’ instructions when planning product displays, installing machinery and finalising stall designs.
