বাংলাদেশের ফিড উৎপাদন শিল্পকে আধুনিক, দক্ষ ও প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর পর্যায়ে নিয়ে যেতে Agro Industries Engineers’ Association of Bangladesh (AIEAB) এবং বিশ্বের অন্যতম শীর্ষ ফিড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং প্রতিষ্ঠান FAMSUN-এর যৌথ উদ্যোগে রাজধানীর ঢাকা রিজেন্সি হোটেলে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে দিনব্যাপী আন্তর্জাতিক টেকনিক্যাল সেমিনার। “FAMSUN Seminar 2026” শীর্ষক এই আয়োজন শুক্রবার (২৪ জুলাই) দেশ-বিদেশের বিশেষজ্ঞ, ফিড মিল প্রকৌশলী, কারখানা ব্যবস্থাপক, উদ্যোক্তা ও প্রযুক্তিবিদদের মিলনমেলায় পরিণত হয়।
সেমিনারের মূল প্রতিপাদ্য ছিল Advanced Feed Milling Technology, যেখানে আধুনিক ফিড মিল প্রযুক্তি, সাইলো ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, কারখানা পরিচালনা ও ব্যবস্থাপনা, স্মার্ট ও ডিজিটাল ফিড মিল, অটোমেশন এবং ভবিষ্যৎ প্রযুক্তি নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হয়।
সেমিনারের উদ্বোধন করেন AIEAB-এর সভাপতি মো. জহুরুল ইসলাম। এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন সংগঠনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক দিদারুল আলম। FAMSUN-এর পক্ষ থেকে বক্তব্য রাখেন ডিরেক্টর ও ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট জেসন ওয়াং, সাউথ এশিয়ার সিইও জর্জ গাও, বাংলাদেশ কান্ট্রি হেড সানি গাও এবং বাংলাদেশ হেড অব সেলস শেখ মশিউল হাসান। বক্তারা বলেন, বাংলাদেশের ফিড শিল্পকে বৈশ্বিক মানে উন্নীত করতে আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি, দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সহযোগিতার বিকল্প নেই।
সেমিনারের অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল FAMSUN-এর আন্তর্জাতিক বিশেষজ্ঞদের কারিগরি উপস্থাপনা। বব ঝ্যাং আধুনিক Advanced Feed Milling Technology নিয়ে আলোচনা করেন এবং উৎপাদনশীলতা, দক্ষতা ও অপারেশনাল পারফরম্যান্স বৃদ্ধিতে নতুন প্রকৌশল সমাধান তুলে ধরেন।
পরবর্তী সেশনে গ্যাভিন গাও আধুনিক Silo Engineering-এর ওপর আলোচনা করেন। তিনি উন্নত সংরক্ষণ ব্যবস্থা, কাঁচামাল ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং নিরাপদ স্টোরেজ প্রযুক্তির বিভিন্ন দিক উপস্থাপন করেন।
জেফ চেন “Factory Operation & Management” বিষয়ে বক্তব্য দিয়ে দক্ষ কারখানা পরিচালনা, উৎপাদন পরিকল্পনা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং অপারেশনাল এক্সেলেন্স অর্জনের বাস্তব কৌশল তুলে ধরেন। পরে তিনি Smart/Digital Feed Mill বিষয়েও উপস্থাপনা করেন, যেখানে অটোমেশন, ডিজিটাল মনিটরিং, তথ্যভিত্তিক সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ এবং ইন্টেলিজেন্ট ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিংয়ের মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যতের ফিড মিল পরিচালনার রূপরেখা তুলে ধরা হয়।
সেমিনারে AIEAB তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ কর্মপরিকল্পনাও উপস্থাপন করে। সংগঠনটির লক্ষ্য হিসেবে তুলে ধরা হয়—বাংলাদেশে ফিড মিল প্রকৌশলীদের একটি ঐক্যবদ্ধ, গতিশীল ও পেশাগতভাবে স্বীকৃত প্ল্যাটফর্ম গড়ে তোলা, যা প্রযুক্তিগত উৎকর্ষতা বৃদ্ধি, কার্যকর যোগাযোগ এবং সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে দেশের প্রাণিসম্পদ শিল্পের উন্নয়নে কাজ করবে।
এছাড়া AIEAB ভবিষ্যতে প্রকৌশলীদের জন্য নিয়মিত প্রশিক্ষণ ও দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচি পরিচালনার পরিকল্পনাও জানায়। এসব প্রশিক্ষণে আধুনিক Feed Milling Technology, Animal Nutrition, GMP ও HACCP, Quality Assurance, Plant Automation (SCADA, PLC ও Predictive Maintenance) এবং Leadership, Management ও Communication Skills-এর ওপর গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে।
কারিগরি আলোচনা শেষে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নিয়ে প্রশ্নোত্তর পর্ব এবং কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করা হয়। এতে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা বাংলাদেশের ফিড শিল্পের বর্তমান চ্যালেঞ্জ, প্রযুক্তিগত সম্ভাবনা এবং ভবিষ্যৎ উন্নয়ন নিয়ে মতবিনিময় করেন।
পেশাগত সম্পর্ক আরও সুদৃঢ় করতে আয়োজকরা টেনিস বল নিক্ষেপ, ডার্ট ও ফুটবল কিকসহ বিভিন্ন বিনোদনমূলক কার্যক্রমেরও আয়োজন করেন। পাশাপাশি AIEAB-এর নির্বাহী কমিটির পরিচিতি, বিভিন্ন ওয়ার্কিং কমিটি গঠন এবং সংগঠনের ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা উপস্থাপন করা হয়। সংগঠনের রোডম্যাপ তুলে ধরেন সহকারী সম্পাদক (ক্রীড়া ও সাংস্কৃতিক) মো. শরিফুল ইসলাম এবং মিডিয়া ও প্রকাশনা সম্পাদক রাশেদ খান মেনন।
দিনব্যাপী কর্মসূচির সমাপ্তি ঘটে মনোজ্ঞ সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান, পুরস্কার বিতরণী ও র্যাফেল ড্র-এর মাধ্যমে। বিজয়ীদের হাতে পুরস্কার তুলে দেন AIEAB-এর সভাপতি মো. জহুরুল ইসলাম, সিনিয়র সহ-সভাপতি মো. মহসিন খান, FAMSUN-এর জেসন ওয়াং, জর্জ গাও, সানি গাও এবং রং চেন, জেনারেল ম্যানেজার, সাউথ এশিয়া।
সমাপনী বক্তব্যে বক্তারা বাংলাদেশের ফিড শিল্প ও আন্তর্জাতিক প্রযুক্তি প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে সহযোগিতা আরও জোরদার করার প্রত্যয় ব্যক্ত করেন। তারা আশা প্রকাশ করেন, আধুনিক প্রকৌশল, ডিজিটাল প্রযুক্তি, অটোমেশন এবং দক্ষ ব্যবস্থাপনার সমন্বয়ে বাংলাদেশের ফিড উৎপাদন শিল্প আরও প্রতিযোগিতামূলক, টেকসই এবং বিশ্বমানের শিল্পে পরিণত হবে।
Smart Feed Mill Technologies Highlighted at AIEAB–FAMSUN International Technical Seminar in Dhaka

Bangladesh’s feed manufacturing industry took another step toward modern and technology-based production as the Agro Industries Engineers’ Association of Bangladesh (AIEAB) and global feed engineering company FAMSUN jointly organized a day-long international technical seminar at Dhaka Regency Hotel on Friday (July 24).
The event, titled “FAMSUN Seminar 2026,” brought together feed mill engineers, factory managers, business owners, and technical professionals from Bangladesh and abroad. The seminar focused on Advanced Feed Milling Technology, including modern feed mill systems, silo engineering, factory operation and management, smart digital feed mills, automation, and future technologies.
The seminar was inaugurated by Md. Zahurul Islam, President of AIEAB. Didarul Alam, Secretary of AIEAB, was also present. On behalf of FAMSUN, Jason Wang, Director & Vice President; George Gao, CEO, South Asia; Sunny Gao, Country Head, Bangladesh; and Sheik Mosiul Hasan, Head of Sales, Bangladesh, addressed the audience. They said that modern technology, skilled professionals, and international cooperation are essential for developing Bangladesh’s feed industry.
One of the main attractions of the seminar was the technical presentations by FAMSUN’s international experts. Bob Zhang introduced the company’s latest Advanced Feed Milling Technology and explained how modern engineering solutions can improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance.
Gawin Gao spoke about Modern Silo Engineering, highlighting efficient storage systems, raw material handling, and safe storage solutions for feed mills.
Later, Jeff Chen presented on Factory Operation & Management, sharing practical ideas for improving factory operations, production planning, maintenance, and operational excellence. He also presented FAMSUN’s vision for Smart/Digital Feed Mills, explaining how automation, digital monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and intelligent manufacturing will shape the future of the feed industry.
During the seminar, AIEAB also shared its future plans. The association aims to build a strong, united, and professionally recognized platform for feed mill engineers in Bangladesh to promote technical excellence, effective communication, and collaboration for the development of the livestock industry.
AIEAB also announced plans to organize regular training and skill development programs for engineers. These programs will focus on Feed Milling Technology, Animal Nutrition, GMP & HACCP, Quality Assurance, Plant Automation (SCADA, PLC, and Predictive Maintenance), as well as Leadership, Management, and Communication Skills.
After the technical sessions, participants joined an interactive question-and-answer session and a quiz competition, where they discussed the current challenges and future opportunities of Bangladesh’s feed industry.
The organizers also arranged networking and recreational activities, including tennis ball throwing, darts, and football kick competitions. AIEAB introduced its Executive Committee, discussed the formation of working committees, and presented its future roadmap. The roadmap was presented by Md. Shariful Islam, Assistant Secretary of the Sports and Cultural Committee, and Rashed Khan Menon, Secretary of the Media and Publications Committee.
The program ended with a cultural show, prize-giving ceremony, and raffle draw. Awards were presented by Md. Zahurul Islam, Md. Mohsin Khan, Jason Wang, George Gao, Sunny Gao, and Rong Chen, General Manager, South Asia.
In their closing remarks, the speakers reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation between Bangladesh’s feed industry and global technology providers. They expressed confidence that the adoption of advanced engineering, digital technologies, automation, and modern management practices will make Bangladesh’s feed manufacturing industry more efficient, competitive, and sustainable in the years ahead.
